With 30 years of experience in the health & fitness industry, I know the body well and have a natural “feel” for movement, athleticism, health and wellness. The secret is in using my own experience in individual performance! Which exercises work well and which ones don’t. This, combined with figuring out which is the right exercise, how often done, for how long and how hard, will get the best results.
