  • The Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) and Peak Performance (P³) Programmes develop the person / athlete as a whole – not only focusing on strengths or weaknesses, but developing all the components involved in becoming better in the categories of movement, strength and performance. 
  • Depending on the situation, these programmes can be applied to entire teams to achieve overall improvements, or on an individual basis to really focus in and optimize performance.
  • Testing the different aspects involved in strength and conditioning, assigning scores or ratings to each aspect, setting goals to work towards and providing in-depth feedback reports will keep clients informed and motivated throughout the process of developing the athlete.

  • Fitsport is our training methodology which aims to turn training into a competitive sport – competing against yourself or against others. Every training session is scored and repeated over the course of a few training cycles to ensure that each time there is a visible improvement. 
  • Various options are available to individuals to start and maintain a lifestyle of fitness enjoying the guidance needed to achieve their full physical potential. In-person training with general or individual / personal supervision, home based programmes to be followed on your own or on-line guided training suited to your needs – the training style is selected to make it as easy as possible for you to stick to it, get into a routine and get results. It is even possible to manage your health and wellness with your own fitness PA who checks up on you to make sure you do what you have to when you have to and don’t break the rules. 
  • Continuous fitness testing, setting goals, providing feedback and monitoring your progress ensures that everything is done scientifically, by the book and you know exactly where you stand.
  • Preparation for Ironman and Half Ironman

  • Detailed weekly training programmes are provided for 6, 12, 24, 36 or 52 weeks of training leading up to any endurance event. Programme outlines are provided in advance, and weekly details are emailed containing 1 or 2-a-day training sessions (run, bike, swim, brick, triathlon or gym / strength sessions) with individual distance, pace, intervals, rest periods, heart rate and / or wattage.
  • Daily and weekly feedback is analyzed and necessary adaptations made to the programme accordingly.

Specially designed kit displaying the big red cross creates massive opportunities to witness to fellow competitors and spectators.
